At Spa H we take pride in offering
the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of
the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies
were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with
us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that occasionally
you may have to cancel an appointment with us, however, we do
ask that you give us fair warning. You will be phoned two days
before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients
and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours
notice for cancellations, 48 hours notice on packages or you
will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment.
Appointments scheduled for services that same day will be considered
confirmed. We ask that you give us 4 hour notice if you cannot
make it or 50% of the service will be charged.
IF YOU ARE LATE
FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you book an appointment with us at
Spa H, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose
time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment.
Your therapist will almost certainly have an appointment scheduled
after yours. If her previous client is late, then you will start
late. If you are late, then the next client will be even later.
To avoid this domino effect, we have implemented a Late Policy,
which offers you two choices if you are late for your appointment:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You
may be able to switch treatments if an alternative is available
